‘Ghost’ is a series of relief prints and wooden patternmaking tools used to test types of wood-like geometric shapes and surface patterns. The ‘tool-set’ includes a cylinder with a pivot axle, tapered cone, six-sided block, half-sphere, and an adjusting spiky grid.

The work entitled ‘Stööl’ is ordinary seat that can be disassembled to become a ‘patternmaking tool-kit’ used to hand-transfer wooden patterns onto paper. Three legs were shaped with unique profiles to emboss stripe patterns onto paper by rolling their cylindrical shape and surface texture. As the wooden shape is rolled across the paper the surface pattern repeats – graphic lines and textures are abstractions of wood-grain characteristics.
